What does the Discover phase cost?
Nothing. The Discover phase is free — and risk-free. The opportunity map and recommendation belong to you regardless of what you decide next. You're not paying to find out whether there's something worth building.
What does Phase 2 cost?
The Shape phase runs on a monthly engagement fee scoped to what we're building together. Specific figures are confirmed during the intake conversation once we understand the focus area and what's involved.
What does our team need to do?
Your team works alongside BeForm throughout — testing the AI solution against real workflows, giving feedback, and making decisions when direction needs to change. This isn't a hands-off engagement. The quality of what gets built depends on active participation from the people who know your system best.
Does this replace our existing tools and systems?
No. BeForm is the intelligence layer that sits on top of the data your operations already generate — no changes to your existing systems required.
What if we complete Discover and decide not to proceed?
